The Green Well is looking for a dedicated, motivated culinary professional who is enthusiastic, creative, and qualified to join our culinary team. Essence Restaurant Group (Bistro Bella Vita, The Green Well, Grove, and Lucy's) creates extraordinary dining experiences with our family of concept restaurants known for exceptional service, knowledgeable associates, creative cuisine and superior beverage.  The ideal candidate would have experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment looking to grow their skills in a culinary and leadership sense. Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.


  • 7+ years experience as a salaried chef
  • Hospitality driven
  • Comprehensive understanding of professional menu development
  • Ordering and inventory
  • Workable knowledge of food cost
  • Rostering staff

Starting salary $52k+ (the + is dependent on experience). Progressive shared healthcare program. Dining discounts. PTO. Healthy work environment. Balanced work hours.
