Social Services Director

Timberidge Nursing and Rehab Center in Jasper, Texas, has an opening for a Social Services Director. As the social services director you will assist with patient admissions, discharges and transfer needs. You will assist in the planning, organization and development of residents to assure the medically-related, emotional, and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. Follow all compliance and policy standards.

·       LMSW/LBSW required.

·       Experience in SNF/LTC preferred and/or 5 years in medical social work.

·       Experience in Geriatric/Elderly care.
