POSITION SUMMARY: The Social Media Account Manager will oversee the company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for the management of 10+ social media accounts across various platforms. The Social Media Account Manager will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive business objectives. Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online. This position requires a highly organized individual with a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


The Social Media Account Manager is expected to work between 40-50 hours weekly, with an average 5-day work week. Schedules are tentative and hours expected can be dependent on business levels, special events, holidays, etc.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company goals.

- Manage and maintain 10+ social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

- Plan and execute digital and social media campaigns for all company concepts.

- Administrate and develop content for all venues.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.

- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation and creativity.

WORKING KNOWLEDGE /EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Must constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people.

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

- Proficiency in content calendar management and scheduling tools.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of adobe creative suites

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Experience in social media advertising and campaign management.

- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

- Copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media.

- Familiarity with social media listening and monitoring tools, especially Sprout Social.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.

- Requires physical ability to inspect all areas of property and progress of projects and assist with projects on a routine basis.

- Be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary.

- Be able to push and lift up to 30 lbs.
