Position: SMT Operator

Location: Gardena, CA

Shift: 1st

Compensation: $25/hr

Join our dynamic electronics manufacturing team at EMC Company! We're seeking a motivated SMT Operator to help us build high-quality printed circuit board assemblies using advanced equipment and precise processes.

 Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT equipment including solder paste printers (Ekra E4 & X4), reflow ovens (BTU), and pick-and-place machines (Mydata & Samsung)

• Set up feeders, trays, and stencils for SMT machines

• Prepare reflow ovens and solder paste machines for production runs

• Ensure accurate and efficient assembly of printed circuit boards

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Prior experience with SMT equipment preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

We participate in E-Verify.

Must pass drug and background.
