Job Description:
This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays and permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Job Duties:
• Reports to Sales Manager each morning for assignments
• Inspect vehicle condition (i.e. body damage, tires, fluids, safety issues, etc.) prior to leaving daily. Any issues should be noted to Sales Manager
• Maintain a working relationship with the owners, managers and employees of all your accounts
• Be able and willing to complete assigned work scheduled on a daily bases even if extra hours are required
• Use basic carpentry skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity
• Pre-stage all permanent and Litho POS in a designated area the day/days before it is needed
• Sign off on POS forms and ensure they have proper approval
• Installation of permanent and paper POS sold in by supervisor and sales people within accounts in preferred and safe positions
• Double check w/ person who scheduled activity at an account the day before the work is done for additional needs and clarifications
• Be able to sell all types of POS
• Be able to choose and sell in locations within an account in order to give Fisher59 POS the greatest exposure
• Ensure all permanent POS has a high visibility location and is securely installed
• Ensure all paper POS is used in the proper manner and quantity
• Should be able to repair and troubleshoot neons and other repairable permanent POS
• Hang neons and signs in accounts
• Hang cooler wraps in accounts when needed
• Check rotation on routes, conduct monthly rotation audits if requested to assist supervisors and help build displays
• Measure coolers for cooler wraps
• Attend cold box resets. Help out with anything needed
• Must be able to organize and route each day’s work so as to minimize drive time
• Must be able to communicate with the decision maker for the account and for MOD to ensure that everything scheduled to go up at that account is up accurately
• Must have organizational skills to be able to gather all the tools and remaining supplies at the account
• Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage
• Report complaints, problems, out of stocks, low or high stocks, etc.
• After completing last scheduled stop, contact Sales Manager for release or reassignment
• Report all competitors’ activities that will directly affect our distributorship on the sales of product
• Pick up ad circulars every Monday or Tuesday to see what is on ad
• Follows company policies & procedures
• Attends company meetings as requested
• Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
• Observe all traffic laws when you are operating a company vehicle
• Courtesy on the road is important at all times. Be polite to other drivers, it is a reflection on the image of the company
• Park your vehicle so you do not interfere with the retailer’s customers
• Uses company equipment efficiently and economically while adhering to safety rules and precautions
• Immediately reports equipment repair needs to Sales Manager and/or work logs
• Immediately reports auto accidents or personal work injuries to Sales Manager
• Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work
• Performs any other duties as directed by management
• Have a positive attitude about all of your fellow employees when in discussions with retails
• Maintain open and clear communications with all managers and other employees of the company

Qualifications:
• Prior beer industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• An understanding of alcoholic beverage industry
• Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position.
• Must be a results oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills; uses diplomacy and discretion
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization, to organize, prioritize, negotiate, manage, motive others and solve problems
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Highly professional, with ability to interface well with internal and external contacts
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise
