Slot Cashier / Slot Attendant

The Slot Cashier/Slot Attendant will report to Slot Supervisor on duty.

Job Overview

As a Slot Cashier you will be responsible for excellent customer service. As part of your daily duties, you will be required to pay out of Jackpots and TITO tickets, debits and VLT tickets, Lottery and assist patrons. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process Jackpots and cancel credits on machine for continued guest play
• Process and payout of TITO and VLT Tickets
• Reconcile daily paperwork to ensure balancing and proper cash handling
• Provide assistance and information to patrons regarding game rules and casino rules
• Ensure duties are performed in accordance with AML Policies and procedures and Prize Disentitlement Policies
• Sell and redeem lottery tickets
• Exchange bills and coin with customers and food and beverage employees
• Be knowledgeable with marketing and promotions
• Promote Winner’s Edge loyalty program
• Work courteously with both guests and employees
• Other duties as required 

 Education and Experience

• Criminal record check and current AGLC registration gaming license
• AGLC Courses such as Anti-Money Laundering, Deal Us in Phase 1, Lotto Learn
• Basic knowledge of computer skills including excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis
• Ability to bend, crouch, lift, pull, push, twist, stretch, and turn on a frequent basis
• High school or equivalency
• Ability to constantly walk and stand
