Cleveland Health Care Center is seeking a skilled Director of Marketing & Admissions to lead our efforts in growing census, building referral relationships, and helping families feel confident in their care decisions.

Marketing & Outreach Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to boost facility awareness and census
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners
• Conduct daily in-person visits to referral sources
• Plan and attend community events, open houses, and after-hours programs
• Manage the facility’s online presence—website content, social media, and reputation management
• Track and analyze referral trends to identify new growth opportunities

Admissions Coordination Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full admissions process—referrals, evaluations, tours, and paperwork
• Serve as the key contact for families, prospects, and healthcare partners
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely, seamless admissions
• Maintain up-to-date census tracking and reporting
• Educate families on services, Medicare/Medicaid, and insurance coverage options

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) marketing, admissions, or business development required
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable with daily local travel and occasional evening events (Mileage reimbursement provided)
