DAY SHIFT

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Shop Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of a wide range of signs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of signage (vinyl, aluminum, acrylic, etc.)

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks

• Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries or installations as needed

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe

• Support lead fabricators and installers as needed

• Follow company safety protocols and OSHA standards

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or construction setting a plus

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
