With a steady flow of inbound inquiries and a well-established client base, we're looking for a seasoned sign sales professional who can build relationships, understand client needs, and drive projects from concept to close.

• Work with business owners, property managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand signage needs

• Generate and manage leads, both inbound and self-sourced

• Coordinate with our in-house design, permitting, and production teams to bring each job to life

• Serve as the face of our company — building long-term client relationships with professionalism and attention to detail

• Manage your sales pipeline and close deals that range from simple signage to full rebranding packages

• Previous sign industry sales experience is required

• A proven ability to generate and close business

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

• A high level of professionalism and customer service

• Uncapped commission structure – the more you close, the more you earn
