We’re Signarama West LA, part of the world’s largest sign franchise with 13+ years of reputation in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Sign Production Associate who takes pride in quality work and meeting deadlines. This isn’t a training position—we need someone who can hit the ground running.

• 3+ years of hands-on sign production experience

• Mastery of HP Latex 365, vinyl plotters, and laminators

• Skill in vinyl application to various substrates (panels, acrylic, vehicles, etc.)

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and zero-excuse mentality

• Laser cutter operation

• Installation experience (vehicle wraps or signage)

• Design experience (Flexi, Illustrator, Corel)

• Running wide-format print jobs and prepping graphics

• Laminating, weeding, and applying vinyl with precision

• Mounting, assembling, and finishing signage

• Supporting installs or fabrication when needed

• Keeping a clean, organized, professional shop environment

• $22–$28/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)

• Higher pay for laser, install, or sign design skills

• Performance-based raises and bonus potential

• Paid trial or working interview may be offered
