This is a full-time onsite role for a Shift Lead at the Peach Cobbler Factory. The shift lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating team members, ensuring quality control, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment. As a key player in the team the Shift Lead will contribute to the success ands growth of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Leadership, Team Coordination and Quality Control skills

-Prior Shift Lead experience in food service or retail setting

-Communication skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

-Problem Solving and Decision Making skills

-Reliability, Dependability and Flexibility

-Excellent Customer Service

-High school diploma or equivalent required
