Shift Lead - One Plant

About Us: One Plant is a well-established and reputable cannabis dispensary located in (), California. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and responsible Part-Time Shift Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership and guidance to dispensary staff during assigned shifts.

· Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, including age verification and identification checks.

· Oversee inventory management and stock levels during your shift.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product recommendations.

· Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

· Promote a positive work atmosphere and resolve any internal issues that may arise.

· Work closely with the dispensary management to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Previous experience in a cannabis dispensary or a similar retail environment is preferred.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.

· Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations is a plus.

· Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

· Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Schedule:

· This is a part-time position.

· Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

· Flexibility to cover various shifts may be required.

Compensation:
