Sheetmetal Foreman

Metro Mechanical, an award-winning industry leader in HVAC Systems, is looking for a Sheetmetal Mechanic Foreman to join our team in Bolton, MS!

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication experience, a history of managing onsite crews or a desire to, a can-do attitude, and is an all-around team player.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication
• Experience or a desire to lead a crew of Sheetmetal Mechanics 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders  
• High school graduate or equivalent
• OSHA 10 Required
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing required

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals
• Identify and layout roof curbs for installation of AC equipment and RTU’s
• Measure duct connections or mods in the field for fabrication
• Collaborate and coordinate with onsite General Contractors
• Manage crew member time cards and track daily work logs

Hours of Work:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• OT on an ‘as need’ basis
