Veterans Engineering is seeking ServiceNow professionals for opportunities on an upcoming contract with the Federal Government. All positions are full-time with benefits and are 100% remote. Positions available include Functional Analysts, Test Engineers, and Developers as described below. Candidates must have ServiceNow experience and federal government experience is preferred.
Customer Experience Analyst. This Functional Area Analyst must have experience with the analysis of business, functional, technical, activities, and events. Analyst is responsible for working with users and customers to document and strategize for process improvements for current business processes (business process reengineering). Responsible for providing market research on conditions that impact the overall operational efficiency of an organization and identifying symptoms for process improvement.
Business Functional Analyst. This Functional Analyst must have experience working with customers, users and project leads in analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT business applications and systems. A functional analyst has experience in having primary responsibility for individual projects and systems. Must have experience in testing functionality and matching requirements.
Test Engineer. The Test Engineer must have experience in the coordination and execution of test events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures and scripts. Must have knowledge and skills to ensure that test environments are set up accurately. Must be able to create test reports. The test engineer must be able to test IT hardware, software, systems, and networks.
Junior Developer. The Junior Developer must have experience in the creation of error-free software code under the direction and supervision of senior software development managers. Must have experience in both windows and web development environments. Must be able to write software documentation.
Senior Developer. The Senior Developer must be able to create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages. Must have experience in understanding and articulating the benefits and risks associated with different coding languages in different functional environments. Must have experience reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary.
