Service Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for service customers
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write service requests
• Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and prioritize jobs
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Provide estimates, review invoices, and explain completed work
• Handle warranty claims and service-related paperwork
• Promote additional services to maximize customer value

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic understanding of equipment, vehicles, or service processes
• Experience in a service writer or customer service role is a plus
• Familiarity with service management software or the willingness to learn
