Service Technician

Double Check Company, a D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., company is looking for Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair petroleum dispensing equipment. Background in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical systems essential. Laptop computers used in diagnosing and troubleshooting some equipment. Good customer service skills are required. Required to communicate with other technicians, site operators, as well as site owners.

Paid on the job training will be provided to qualified applicants. Must be able to obtain a commercial driver’s license. All field personnel will be subject to drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic equipment

· Performs diagnostic analysis

· Assist in the installation of new petroleum dispensing equipment

· Repairs and corrects malfunctions as necessary

· Updates equipment when required

· Maintains tools, test equipment, and materials in a professional manner

· May work with processes that are unique or peculiar to specific customer needs

· Advises customers relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment

· Resolves customer complaints in a professional manner

· Requires good communication skills

· Requires technical knowledge to perform the job

· Accurately perceives information from others

Requirements:

· Excellent driving record and be able to obtain a CDL

· Mechanical knowledge

· Have a basic understand low voltage and high voltage control circuits

· Excellent employee and customer relations skills

· Neat and clean in appearance

· Provide common hand tools

· Able to lift heavy objects
