Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. In this full-time, salaried position, you’ll oversee the dining room, bar, and host teams to ensure each shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. You’ll coach, develop, and inspire team members while upholding the standards and vibe that make Party Fowl a standout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Leadership
- Ensure a fun, smooth, and high-quality dining experience for every guest.
- Actively engage with guests during service to build loyalty and address concerns.
- Maintain floor presence to support team, coach performance, and ensure flow.
- Uphold Party Fowl service and hospitality standards at all times.
Team Development & Supervision
- Lead and supervise front-of-house team including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Motivate team through clear communication, accountability, and recognition.
Operations & Financial Support
- Support scheduling and labor management to hit targets and optimize coverage.
- Oversee cleanliness, setup, and functionality of FOH areas before and during shifts.
- Monitor safety, alcohol compliance, and all relevant operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar leaders to ensure operational alignment.
Administrative & Strategic Involvement
- Participate in daily and weekly manager meetings.
- Contribute to cost control, promotions, and local guest engagement efforts.
- Assist the General Manager with special projects and shift execution plans.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong working knowledge of dining room flow, guest recovery, and team coaching.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, high-energy attitude with a natural ability to lead by example.
- Professional appearance and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Schedule
- Status: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities. Compensation may vary depending on the level of experience of the candidate.
- Schedule: Must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position requires mobility throughout the dining room and bar during service, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. High-energy atmosphere with prolonged standing and guest interaction is expected.
