What you’ll do:

· Lead safety training, site consultations, and incident investigations.

· Ensure each technician reaches their goals in service revenue.

· Develop performance standards and training for technicians.

· Build strong client relationships through regular meetings.

· Contribute to United Mechanical University training programs.

· Enhance customer service and uphold brand standards.

· Drive measurable improvements in people, processes, and profitability.

What we’re looking for:

· 5+ years of experience in HVAC service operations management or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational metrics.

· Familiarity with industry regulations and safety protocols.

· HVAC licensing or certification preferred.
