Service Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the schedule for service technicians
• Assisting with the needs of Technicians in the field
• Communicating with customers
• Ordering parts
• Reviewing service tickets for accuracy 
• Handling urgent service calls

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and software

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
