Service Advisor - Window and Door Installation
Position Summary
The Service Advisor will oversee assigned Service Teams. And will ensure daily, weekly, and monthly workorders are completed and proper follow up completion is done in a timely manner to meet customer completion date.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Review service schedule daily

Daily paperwork review for dispatch and return follow up trips

Job site Q/A walks, provide list and maintain punch list completion

Enforce safety compliance and PPE policy

Inspect and assist with field service call that may include – emergency calls, escalated homeowner calls and builder calls

Cover Lead Tech route as needed for field coverage during vacations or call outs

Provide service instructions and training

Communicate with Service Coordinators and Lead Techs to insure proper workflow

Check warehouse team lanes to ensure material flow stays up to date and organized weekly

Attend weekly follow up meeting with Service Manager

Assist with team building and performance reviews
This position will require training at our Frederick MD location
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 3 years related experience as a window and door installer
- 2 years related construction knowledge as a Field Supervisor, or Lead Foreman
- Willing to become Therma Tru certified
- Strong customer service background
- Fall Protection training and First Aid CPR Certification required upon hiring
- Outlook, Word and Drop Box knowledge
