Position Overview:
As a Server at Stereo 41, you are the face of our guest experience. You’ll guide diners through our unique menu and beverage offerings with confidence, attentiveness, and professionalism. From greeting to farewell, your role is to create a warm, memorable, and elevated dining experience that reflects our culinary vision and service philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and engage with genuine hospitality

• Guide guests through the food and beverage menu, offering thoughtful recommendations

• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and delivery

• Maintain tables throughout the dining experience, including pre-bussing and refills

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

• Uphold all service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

• Ensure all opening, closing, and side work duties are completed each shift

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management

• Be knowledgeable about the concept, ingredients, and story behind Stereo 41

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service or upscale dining environment

• Excellent communication, memory, and multitasking skills

• Deep understanding of hospitality, guest engagement, and service timing

• Knowledge of food, wine, sake, spirits, and highball-style cocktails a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while staying composed and organized

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• ServSafe and alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
