Server - Part Time (Evenings)

The Server will report to the F&B Leadership Team.
Job Overview
As a Server, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests of our food outlets feel welcomed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Upselling to guests as applicable.
- Assist Food & Beverage management team with stocking product as requested.
- Assist in transporting of food, beverage, and other items to and from the kitchen.
- Other duties as
assigned.
Education and Experience
- Valid Proserve Certification and Reel Facts from AGLC.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a server is preferred.
- Casino or resort experience is considered an asset.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
