Server Assistant

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server Assistant to join our team to help assist our servers provide an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after meal service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and promote Nolan's Way
• Assist servers in their tasks
• Must be able to work until 9pm
• Help transport alcoholic beverages between the bar and guest tables
• Stock server stations with supplies
• Carry food trays to tables

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

• Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and cleaning designated areas

• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
