Gillig Winery Servers ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. If you enjoy conversing with people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.

**Due to the requirements of the position, by law our servers are required to be 21 years of age or older**

Hours are part-time, 15-30 hours per week, with a set Saturday schedule. Must also be available to work during our hours of operation.

Qualifications 

• Able to work as a team player

• Be quick on your feet

• Have a polite and friendly attitude

• Able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with the team and managers to please our guests

• Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities 

• Customer service is our highest priority...must be able to communicate with guests and anticipate their needs

• Ensure all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to take care of them

• Go above and beyond guests expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests

• Take and serve food and drink orders

• Bus tables in a timely manner, keeping the winery clean and presentable at all times

• Process guests' orders

• Take payment in a hospitable, timely manner

• Able to work evenings and weekends and fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the winery

• Work as a team player ensuring all work at the end of the shift is not only completed, but also done to the “Gillig Standard”

• Ensure total cleanliness of business, including but not limited to, inside winery and outdoor space
