Server

We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Server to join the Alta Strada team and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As a Server at Alta Strada, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest receives attentive and professional service throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service that reflects Alta Strada’s commitment to hospitality
• Take orders and expertly serve food and beverages, offering menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Accurately process payments, handling cash and credit card transactions in accordance with restaurant procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly and dishes and utensils are cleaned as needed
• Collaborate with team members, including kitchen staff and management, to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience
• Adhere to all Alta Strada service standards and contribute to the overall guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the restaurant’s operations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a fine dining or fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high-volume workload
• Ability to stay composed and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
