McKendree Village is located on a beautiful 40-acre campus offering all levels of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long-term Care. The healthcare center and retirement community offer care for our residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment and quality of care.

Shifts: 8a-3:30pm

Days: Rotating schedule

Weekends: Every other weekend

Location: 4347 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN, 37076

Compensation: $14.50 = $30,160 annually (full time)

Responsibilities:

·         Serve meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner, ensuring adherence to individualized dietary plans and CCRC regulations

·         Assist residents with menu choices, addressing questions, and accommodating special requests

·         Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment, following infection control procedures

·         Foster a positive and inclusive dining atmosphere, contributing to resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience as a Server in a healthcare facility is preferred but not required

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on resident-centered care

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food

·         Manual dexterity and coordination for handling utensils and serving equipment
