Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives across all business lines. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
• Lead the end-to-end management of marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, events, and digital initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Team Collaboration
• Act as the central point of communication between creative, content, digital, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
Strategic Oversight
• Work closely with leadership to prioritize projects based on ROI, brand impact, and business needs.
• Analyze project outcomes and metrics to inform future strategies and optimize processes.
• Contribute to the development of scalable workflows and systems for an expanding marketing department.
Problem Solving
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Use sound judgment and common sense to proof campaigns for quality and accuracy, ensuring they align with brand standards and objectives, while keeping projects on track and moving forward efficiently.
• Adapt quickly to changes in priorities or market conditions without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple business lines.
Skills & Competencies
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, channels, and metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion).
