Senior Human Resource Generalist

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting practice based out of Rockville, MD, is seeking a qualified and available Human Resource Generalist to support our fast-growing organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resolving employee queries relating to HR processes and administration.
• Stay up to date on all general labor law compliance.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs trends and benefit claims.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
• Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Ensure employee and company compliance.
• Compiling data for regulatory reporting and audits.
• Create HR documents, including employment offer letters, employee surveys, performance management forms, and letters of recommendation.
• Generating HR reports.
• Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources is required.
• 5+ years of HR Experience.
• Experience with Primepay HR Solution is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies and industry labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
