Senior Director of Advancement
Scope: We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Leader of Advancement Department to take our fundraising team to the next level. This leader will work closely with our President to ensure we are maintaining and growing our relationships with current and potential donors.

A Little About Us: PreBorn! is a national leader, operator & grant maker exclusively for Pregnancy Clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower centers through training, consultations, and equipment to help rescue babies and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Agreement with and adhere to the Statement of Faith, with a strong desire to serve Jesus Christ in a position of advancement leadership.
- Intercession before God on behalf of all facets of ministry. Fidelity to a biblical, evangelical growing lifestyle. 100% pro-life.
- Knowledge and experience in non-profit fundraising and events, preferably in the Pregnancy Center space.
- Maturity in spiritual warfare, love for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with PreBorn!'s mission and long-term goals.
- Lead and mentor the advancement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Set clear fundraising goals and metrics, and track progress towards achieving them.
- Analyze fundraising data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors (individuals and organizations).
- Partner with the President and Executive Director to mobilize the team for fundraising initiatives, events and projects.
Fundraising Activities:
- Oversee the creation and execution of effective fundraising campaigns, including grant proposals, direct mail appeals, major donor cultivation events, and omni channel donor acquisition efforts.
- Lead excellent annual campaign results
- Nurture and maintain key donor and partner relationships.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations and case statements for potential donors.
- Create and execute robust asset-based giving program.
- Represent PreBorn! at fundraising events and conferences.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage the fundraising budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure department-wide adherence to set standards for utilizing the donor relationship management software.
- Stay current on industry best practices in fundraising and advancement.
- Identify and implement new fundraising technologies and tools and new features of existing fundraising software.
- Oversee grant writing and proposal advancement.
