Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior CNO Developer to design, develop, and test application software tailored to meet unique client requirements. This role demands expertise in creating advanced solutions for complex challenges and is critical to our mission of securing the nation’s digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, demonstrated leadership abilities, and experience in collaborative development environments.
This position requires on-site work in Annapolis Junction/Ft. Meade and a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the design, development, and deployment of application software across various platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement software lifecycle management processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, validation, and deployment.

Develop complex programs using object-oriented programming languages (C/C++, C#, COM).

Analyze and mitigate Windows vulnerabilities, exploit mitigations, and detection bypasses.

Conduct debugging, optimization, and performance enhancement of applications.

Utilize tools such as Wireshark, IDA Pro, and/or Ghidra for analysis and troubleshooting.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends.

U.S. Citizenship with Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages.

4+ years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET.

Proficiency in C/C++, C#, and familiarity with Windows internals/APIs.

Experience with configuration management in collaborative environments.

Familiarity with Windows vulnerabilities, exploit mitigations, and security bypass techniques.

Experience in static and dynamic reverse engineering.

Background in vulnerability research and binary analysis of executables.

Familiarity with kernel programming and assembly languages.

Hands-on experience with ACTP or other CNO Developer training programs.

Ability to analyze and create signatures for network protocols.

Deep understanding of Windows security products and evasion techniques.

Experience with advanced debugging and penetration testing tools.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams and managing projects.
