Senior Cabin Complete Task Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cabin Complete Task Manager is responsible for managing and leading all activities necessary to complete the aircraft cabin interior installation, including monuments, linings, interior systems, seating, carpet, plating. As the senior leader for the final aircraft completion phase, this manager provides direct oversight and alignment to the Monuments, Fuselage Ready, and Plating supervisors to ensure fully integrated and cohesive execution across all disciplines. This role manages, tracks, and reports Action Card closure across all program phases, driving rapid issue resolution to maintain schedule and delivery readiness. Working within the Operations Support – Program Alignment Department, the manager collaborates cross-functionally to align sequencing, material readiness, labor resources, and milestone tracking, ensuring on-time delivery of aircraft to specification.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Lead and coordinate the Cabin Complete phase of the aircraft program.
2. Oversee sequencing and execution of all interior installation activities: monuments, linings, systems, seating, carpet, and finish-out.
3. Provide leadership, guidance, and alignment to subordinate Managers (Monuments, Fuselage Ready, Plating) for cohesive phase execution.
4. Maintain accountability for Action Card closure across all program phases—track progress, drive resolution, escalate blockers, and report status.
5. Lead daily coordination and integration meetings with supporting departments.
6. Monitor progress toward cabin completion milestones and proactively mitigate risks and blockers.
7. Maintain real-time communication with Production Leads and Managers to ensure team alignment and productivity.
8. Deliver accurate milestone tracking, risk assessment, and status reporting to executive leadership.
9. Drive quality adherence and readiness for functional tests and customer inspections.
10. Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Foster a professional, focused, and milestone-driven production environment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:
1. High school diploma or equivalent technical or manufacturing experience required.
2. 3+ years in aircraft Production or Operations Support preferred.

1. Knowledge of aircraft build processes, especially fuselage structure, systems routing, and production phases.
2. Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage complex schedules, materials, and workflows.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable leading meetings and coordinating cross-department efforts.
4. Effective problem-solver who anticipates and resolves issues before impacting production.
5. Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production.
6. Decisive and able to make informed decisions quickly to maintain progress.
7. Calm and professional under pressure in high-urgency environments.
8. Accountability-driven, owns the phase, and ensures work is completed on time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires a consistent floor presence in the aircraft production area, including hangars, warehouse zones, and staging areas. Must be able to navigate between departments to monitor tasks and drive coordination. Exposure to variable temperatures, noise, and movement of aircraft and parts is expected. Occasional outdoor exposure is required while interacting with field personnel or inspecting readiness conditions.

INTRODUCTORY PERIOD

Comlux shall periodically review your performance and ability to perform each of the essential functions of your position identified above prior to the expiration of the probationary period. If you fail to pass the performance review or display behavioral issues or fail to meet expectations for reporting to work on time as scheduled, you shall be considered as having failed to qualify for continued employment during the probationary period, in which case Comlux shall be entitled to immediately terminate your employment.
