Position Summary
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing customized HVAC solutions to commercial clients. This role demands a self-starter with deep industry knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a strong sales track record.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop and deliver customized HVAC proposals and solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and installation teams to meet client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related industry
- Proven success in developing new business and managing client relationships
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and commercial applications
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
