Job Overview
As a member of the Oliver’s Beer Garden Security Team, you will uphold the safety and comfort of guests and staff by enforcing venue policies with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a secure and orderly environment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest entry and exit
• Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age
• Enforce venue rules and address policy violations respectfully
• Calmly manage challenging situations and help de-escalate disruptive individuals
• Prevent alcoholic beverages from leaving designated areas
• Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the venue
• Collaborate with other staff and local authorities in case of emergencies
• Document incidents and report to supervisors as needed

Qualifications

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods
• Mature, professional, and level-headed—especially under pressure
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work weekends
