 This position serves our pediatric and adolescent behavioral hospital population, ages 5 - 17.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing protective, investigative, and informational services for patients, visitors, medical staff, and employees
• Safeguards facility property.
• Maintains a safe environment by performing patrols, surveillances, inspections, investigations, follow-ups, and documentation of security activities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires minimum one year of previous security experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
• De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire - this will be provided on site
