Security Dispatcher – Headquarters (Bakersfield, CA)

ValorGuard is hiring a Security Dispatcher for our Bakersfield headquarters. This is a key operations role supporting field personnel, coordinating coverage, and stepping into the field when needed. Ideal candidates have prior dispatch experience and can operate in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.

What You'll Do: Dispatch and support field officers across multiple sites, monitor activity, respond to incidents, and maintain communication, coordinate shift coverage and handle callouts, conduct occasional patrol checks (property sweeps, door/perimeter checks), and fill in for field shifts when needed (including Mojave assignments if required).

Schedule: 24/7 operation–full availability required, 8-hour standard shifts, 12-hour shifts may be required during staffing shortages or callouts, and must be available for mornings, swings, overnights, weekends, and flexible coverage.

Pay and Perks: Base–$20.50/hr, overtime–$30.75/hr, +$1/hr for veterans and active military, weekly pay, and cell phone stipend.

Requirements: Active CA guard card, dispatch experience, security experience, valid drivers license, clean driving record (MVR required), availability to operate within Bakersfield (occasional travel to Mojave if needed), reliable, flexible, and professional.
