- Full salon services (cutting, balayage, highlights/babylights, chemical treatments, etc.
- Posts on Instagram
- Takes initiative and appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Follows all service protocols, systems and processes consistently with each guest
- Promotes positive first and last impressions for each guest experience.
- Meets all individual performance goals as outlined by management.
