Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, the Scrum Master plays a key role in enabling high-performing, collaborative, and outcome-focused Agile teams. This role coaches, mentors, and supports teams in Agile product and project delivery, helping them adopt effective ways of working while continuously improving flow, quality, and predictability. Acting as a Delivery Lead, the Scrum Master fosters clear communication, strong partnerships between Product Owners and teams, and a psychologically safe environment where teams can do their best work

ENABLE AGILE DELIVERY – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
+ Facilitate sprint ceremonies with clear purpose and outcomes, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
+ Maintain transparent delivery reporting using dashboards and metrics such as sprint goal attainment, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and predictability.
+ Ensure Jira and Confluence boards, workflows, and tickets are accurate, current, and aligned to delivery standards.
+ Improve flow efficiency by reducing WIP, carryover, and aging work while enabling effective release and capacity planning.
+ Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile practices, reinforcing Agile principles, continuous improvement, and right-sized work.
+ Foster collaboration, self-organization, psychological safety, and quality-first delivery across cross-functional teams.
+ Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and protect teams from distractions to maintain delivery focus.
+ Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve backlog quality, including clear goals, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Done.
+ Support cross-team coordination, prioritization, and quarterly or incremental planning activities as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
+ 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, coaching teams and reinforcing Agile principles and mindset.
+ Proven ability to improve flow metrics such as cycle time, predictability, blocker age, and sprint goal attainment.
+ Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, with confidence challenging across and upward.
+ Data-driven approach, with experience using delivery metrics and lightweight dashboards to guide decisions.
+ Experience working in cross-functional product teams, including Product, Development, QA, and Design and hybrid Agile/waterfall contexts 
+ Proven knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid methods to guide and optimize the way the team works with maximum efficiency & effectiveness. 
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proactive stakeholder engagement.
+ Solid understanding of software product delivery and experience supporting teams at scale or across multiple squads.
+ CSM certification required; advanced Agile certifications (PSM, KMP, ICP-ACC) and domain experience considered assets.
