Ability Matters is seeking a dynamic individual to support our Scheduling team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data analysis,, software training, and ensuring seamless interoperability of computing systems. This role will also provide direct services to individuals with disabilities. This position requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for the Technology and Scheduling team.
  • Directly engage and provide  billable services to individuals with disabilities for 20 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and individuals served by the organization.
  • Complete the weekly schedule for assigned consumer homes in accordance with the department's policies and procedures.
  • Perform assigned subshift daily and or weekly assignment in accordance to the departments policy and procedures
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, translating technical information into user-friendly language.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • A preferred 4-year degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in importing, manipulating, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to serving individuals with disabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
