About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between in-office business development and in-field client engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and current clients
  • Build strong, consultative relationships and provide tailored business solutions
  • Execute regular outreach efforts including email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagement
  • Research, register, and attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads and represent the company
  • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding revenue goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and social selling
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 50%) for client meetings and events
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media outreach
