About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between in-office business development and in-field client engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and current clients
- Build strong, consultative relationships and provide tailored business solutions
- Execute regular outreach efforts including email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagement
- Research, register, and attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads and represent the company
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person and virtually
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and social selling
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 50%) for client meetings and events
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media outreach
