Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead will take a data-driven approach to marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer experiences across the lifecycle. As the point person for CRM data and intelligence gathering, you will play a critical role in improving Sales & Marketing workflows, tools, and processes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, CX, and Business Operations to steward strong marketing data practices, covering attribution strategy, campaign architecture, and audience activation. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation projects within an advanced Salesforce fintech ecosystem.

TURN DATA INTO IMPACT – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
+ Identify high-impact opportunities by analyzing Salesforce Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud data and insights from CX, using these findings to recommend and shape ROI-driven sales and marketing campaigns.
+ Develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness, improve lead conversion, accelerate customer acquisition, and guide future initiatives through regular sales reporting, regional sales performance, pipeline reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard creation.
+ Strengthen segmentation and audience activation by leveraging third-party and CRM data to refine ICPs, predict customer value, evaluate performance metrics, and engage high-intent users using behavioral analytics across paid media, email, and journey-based marketing.
+ Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud execution by building, testing, and deploying personalized email campaigns; maintaining data extensions, automations, and integrations; and optimizing engagement, deliverability, and conversion through multivariate testing.
+ Improve processes and customer experiences by refining journey logic, triggers, and content; streamlining workflows; removing friction points; and implementing solutions that support client satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
+ Collaborate across the business to ensure campaigns align with GTM goals; maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Implementation, Business Operations, Product Management, and CX; and serve as Marketing Data Steward, ensuring data completeness, field governance, identity resolution accuracy, and campaign-tagging consistency across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ 5–7 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
+ Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator.
+ Experience with data analytics tools including Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Intelligence (or similar), Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Excel.
+ Previous experience working in an enterprise-grade Content Management System (CMS).
+ Foundational understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (UX) design principles.
+ Experience creating and managing work packages using JIRA and Monday.com.
+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset; continuously seeks feedback to drive improvements.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with creativity, commercial awareness, and a focus on the full Marketing & Sales funnel.
+ Experience with front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JS) considered an asset.
