POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Interior Sales and Contract Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service related to interior selections, accurately processing contracts, and ensuring clear communication from initial consultation to final project completion. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage customer expectations and ensure a positive customer experience. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Acts as the first point of contact for customer concerns related to interior selections, contracts, or pricing. 
  • Provide guidance on available interior options, ensuring customer choices align with their budget, functionality, and aesthetic preferences. 
  • Maintain an organized and well-displayed showroom to facilitate the selection process. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, as well as meeting in-person or virtually, as needed. 
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to accurately document customer selections and pricing. 
  • Verify that all selected interior features are correctly reflected in the contract before finalization. 
  • Submit completed contracts for processing and ensure they are entered into the ERP and project management software. 
  • Provide a detailed walkthrough of the contract to ensure the customer understands all terms, costs, and inclusions, as well as answering any questions  
  • Be knowledgeable about our contract terms and conditions, as well as best practices to answer customer questions about project scopes, payment schedules, or potential changes. 
  • Confirm customers have received the contract and help with the signing process, proactively alleviating concerns 
  • Provide full quote (shell and interior prices with upgrades) to customers, verifying accuracy and breakdown of all costs. 
  • Works collaboratively and consistently with sales department and other relevant departments. 
  • Maintains clear communication with customers throughout the entire interior construction process, keeping customer updated on status of their build, including delays. 

  • Provide a seamless and positive customer experience. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Two years' relevant sales experience, preferred. 
  • Computer proficiency and aptitude. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM software. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. 



Legacy Metals LLC offers competitive wages contingent upon experience, education, and skills. Starting salary for this role is $70,000 annually. 


The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday from  7 am to 5 pm.
