The Role: Sales Representative
We’re on the hunt for fearless sales professionals who are ready to turn cold calls into committed clients and spark loyalty that lasts a lifetime. This role is perfect for people who thrive under pressure, love relationship-building, and aren’t afraid to chase big goals with bigger passion.
 
You’ll be the face of Rebel in your territory, responsible for expanding the brand, building trust, and turning school spirit into Rebel Level pride.

What You’ll Do

• Own Your Territory: You'll manage a defined region and be responsible for its full sales lifecycle
• Cold Call with Confidence: Reach out to schools, coaches, and decision-makers, many of whom you haven’t met yet.
• Build Lasting Relationships: You’re not just selling products, you’re earning trust, creating fans, and forming partnerships.
• Deliver Rockstar Presentations: Whether it's to a school board, booster club, or a packed trade show, your message will land with impact.
• Show Up & Shine: Represent Rebel at conferences, competitions, and events with energy, poise, and professionalism
• Stay on Top of Tech: Master Microsoft Excel and CRM tools to manage leads, track conversations, and stay organized
• Be the Rebel Experience: Provide unmatched service that inspires loyalty, encourages referrals, and raises the bar for what customers expect.

What It Takes to Be a Rebel
You don’t need a cheerleading or dance background to rock this role. What you do need is passion, persistence, and a hunger to win.
 
Must-Haves:

• Proven success in B2B or field sales

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working independently

• Home office setup and dependable transportation

• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Organizational excellence and time management
