Job Duties:

  • Build strong rapport with customers and create a positive buying experience
  • Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
  • Attend sales meetings and meet sales goals using traditional and non-traditional methods

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Works well in a team environment 
  • Self-motivated and a hard worker
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills, in-person and over the phone
