Job Duties:
- Build strong rapport with customers and create a positive buying experience
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Attend sales meetings and meet sales goals using traditional and non-traditional methods
Skills and Qualifications:
- Works well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and a hard worker
- Professional personal appearance
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, in-person and over the phone
