We are seeking a self-driven, creative, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our non-medical home care services across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain a positive and professional mindset, and think outside the box to generate new business opportunities, attract caregivers, and strengthen referral relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing, community networking, and sales presentation skills, with the ability to budget strategically and maximize business returns. The primary goal is to increase client volume and expand the caregiver workforce across all service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Conduct sales presentations for potential clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow client base and referral partnerships through multiple lead channels.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Conduct client intakes, assessments, and onboarding coordination for new clients.
  • Work independently to plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Attend community events, networking functions, and recruiting fairs weekly to represent the company.
  • Distribute marketing materials and promote brand awareness throughout NY, CT, and MA.
  • Collaborate with internal staff on marketing campaigns, online promotions, and community engagement.
  • Track outreach efforts and assess ROI to ensure resources are budgeted and spent efficiently.
  • Use creative approaches to reach new audiences and strengthen market visibility.

Recruitment & Staffing Support

  • Conduct and participate in recruiting events to attract qualified caregivers and support staff.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with workforce programs, schools, and local organizations to expand caregiver recruitment.
  • Support internal teams in the screening and onboarding process to ensure proper caregiver placement and client satisfaction.

Relationship Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and caregivers.
  • Follow up with all leads promptly and professionally to ensure consistent conversion.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and generate weekly reports on leads, conversions, and recruitment progress.
  • Provide leadership with market insights, budget considerations, and business development opportunities.

Performance Goals:

  • Consistent increase in new client intakes and referral sources.
  • Acquire minimum of 2 clients and 1 caregiver each week.
  • Growth in active caregiver recruitment and retention.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in marketing spend and lead ROI.
  • Strong community presence and ongoing participation in networking events.

Schedule:

  • Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Hours: Standard daytime hours
  • On-Call: 7 remote on-call hours per week (Monday–Sunday) for after-hours inquiries and follow-ups
  • Occasional evenings or weekends required for community events and recruitment activities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $28–$33 per hour (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Sick and vacation pay only (no health or holiday pay)
  • Travel: Local travel within NY, CT, and MA (mileage reimbursement provided)

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within home care, healthcare, or senior services.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve measurable results without constant supervision.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who can “think outside the box” to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Capable of managing budgets and maximizing ROI for marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout NY, CT, and MA.
