As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’re the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, helping to keep campaigns running, proposals polished, and events activated. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the VP of Sales, Sports & Entertainment, you use your attention to detail and proactive mindset to help keep big-picture projects moving forward. Whether that’s building tracked ticket links, managing purchase orders, organizing client decks, building reports, scheduling content, or responding to social media inquiries, you excel at juggling multiple tasks and keeping everything on track. 

 

In an ideal world, you have a post-secondary education in marketing or business, have some administrative support experience, working knowledge of social media platforms, and are comfortable with standard office software. Experience working with social media scheduling tools, email marketing, and Google Suite will amplify the marketability of your resume. More importantly, you're a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow in a collaborative, creative, and fast-moving environment.
