Qualifications:
· Highly motivated, determined, well-spoken.
· Requires ability to receive written and verbal direction.
· Requires a valid Driver’s License.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and 2-4 years’ experience is hospitality or hotel sales.
Responsibilities:
· Executing and develop sale strategies in order to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
· Conducting sales calls to key accounts or major prospects.
· Expected to achieve or exceed individual sales goal and hotel budget.
· Manage lead sources to ensure quantity and quality of all leads coming into the property.
· With managing leads this will be imperative in seeking new customers through strategic outbound sales efforts for groups, extended stay groups and transient room revenue.
· Work with the Corporate Director of Sales and General Manager on Local Negotiated Rate Agreements (LNR), Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and other third-party booking channels.
