Sales Coordinator

is searching for a Sales Coordinator to join their team!
The Hotel Sales Coordinator
provides administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing
team. This role assists in coordinating sales activities, maintaining client
relationships, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between
clients, event planners, and internal hotel departments. The Sales Coordinator
plays a key role in helping achieve the hotel’s revenue and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales in day-to-day operations.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and bookings in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with departments (e.g. front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure client needs are met.
- Assist with site inspections, client meetings, and follow-up correspondence.
- Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and help forecast performance metrics.
- Manage group room blocks and event space inventory.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and event coordination.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and partners.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales systems (such as Delphi, Opera, or similar CRM tools) is a plus.
- Goal-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for events.
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in a hotel/event venue setting
