High-Level Sales Manager – Home Improvement
We are a 35 year old established fast-growing home improvement company seeking a high-functioning, experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale an already strong sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales management in the home improvement industry
- Strong leadership, accountability, and team development skills
- Must be motivated to take full ownership of the team’s performance
- Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach
- Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking experience
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Manage and coach a team of in-home sales professionals
- Hold team accountable to company KPIs: demo rate, close rate, net sales
- Hire, train, and onboard new reps when needed
- Build a results-driven, positive team culture
- Design and implement strategic sales plans
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to install
