Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager position direct and oversee Ideal Market Sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Direct the team’s focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities. Sales Manager work with large profile customer or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Announce, present, and educate the sales team of any new or upcoming products
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Plan to ensure the achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Provide reports of field sales success.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales target are met.
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities and will document customer interactions.
  • Prepare reporting as needed.

Requirements Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base
  • Comfortable with some travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
