Job Summary: 

BN Management Co. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hotel Guest Service Manager/Sales to join our team. This hourly position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the hotel while driving sales initiatives to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role requires flexibility, as the candidate must be available to work weekends and fill in shifts as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

- Drive sales and marketing efforts to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts to generate new business opportunities.

- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational standards.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the hotel's profitability.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Fill in for various hotel positions as needed, including front desk roles.

- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Previous experience in hotel management or sales, preferably in an assistant manager role.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as fill in shifts when required.

- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
